Located in Lima, Peru, the Peace Bridge (Puente de la Paz) is an important new urban landmark project. Its façade features extensive use of both flat and complex curved safety glass, posing exceptionally high requirements for processing precision, optical quality, and structural strength. The glass for this project was fabricated by Cristemp, LandGlass’ customer in Peru, using LandGlass high-performance glasss tempering machine to meet the project’s rigorous standards.

With its advanced heating and convection control systems, the LandGlass glass tempering furnace provided stable and reliable performance throughout production. The equipment demonstrated outstanding precision in shaping large-size and complex curved glass, ensuring perfect alignment with the bridge’s structural design. Its highly efficient temperature control system significantly improved the optical uniformity and transparency of the glass while delivering superior mechanical strength — fully meeting the stringent safety and durability requirements of landmark public structures.
Throughout the project, LandGlass offered process optimization and technical support to ensure smooth, efficient production and consistent product quality. Thanks to LandGlass’ precise control capabilities and proven process solutions, Cristemp successfully completed the fabrication and delivery of the glass, providing strong support for the project’s successful completion.

The completion of the Peace Bridge once again demonstrates the reliable performance and processing excellence of LandGlass tempering technology in large-scale, complex architectural glass applications. Moving forward, LandGlass will continue to collaborate with partners worldwide, delivering high-quality glass tempering equipment and technical support for more iconic architectural projects around the globe.
